Some people go though life without paying much attention to their true desires.
To live the life you desire you must know what you want.
Changing a habit means actively doing something else. Knowing what you want is critical if it’s going to stick.
If you complain about a bad habit, are you ready and willing to change it?
A habit is simply a learned behaviour. It’s an action repeated so many times it's becomes something you do without conscious contemplation.
You create your own reality and a large part of the reality you create is based on the beliefs you hold.
What we believe determines what we do. If we believe we can't do something we most likely won’t even try and we'll never actually find out if we're capable.
Your beliefs significantly influence your behaviour and are key to your health and happiness.
Are you getting enough vitamin 'P' (pleasure) in your life?
Encourage your self. No one stands in your shoes except you.
