Try being as loving and nurturing to yourself as you are to your kids, partner or friends. Treat yourself as a person worth loving and everyone else will follow suit.
Life is not a problem that needs to be solved! Looking for problems just makes them happen.
We don't live in a 'one size fits all' world. One person's recipe for happiness may not be yours. Your own recipe for happiness is inside YOU, so look inwards, not outwards.
Living genuinely according to your own innermost needs and not those imposed on you by others will have a knock on effect.
